Job Description: Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator

This is done by developing, producing, and commercialising the next generation of carbon negative, plant based, performance building materials for the construction sector.  Adaptavate continues to launch new products, build revolutionary processes and grow our game changing team. Our products need to be accessible to the masses and communicated in a stand-out way for every builder, architect, or homeowner to use or specify.  We need a Communications Coordinator, someone who will support and help us achieve all that we’re aiming for, we want you to make our voice louder and our brand brighter.  We can’t wait for you to join us. 

Your Role:

You have been working in Marketing and Communications for 3-5 years, turning bright ideas into outstanding campaigns, we aim to be the first disruptive brand in the construction industry, and we need your skills to help us get there. 

Working closely with our award-winning founder and MD, you will communicate our story, brand, and products to the market.  We want you to have agency at an early stage and feel supported to thrive in this exciting role as this impact led business grows. We encourage collaborative, creative problem solving and we are looking for someone who can lead on the delivery of this exciting phase of our market growth.  You will be able to draw on your previous experience and inspiration from other industries, to develop our ‘Trusted Maverick’ status in the construction sector. You will not be shy in ‘rolling your sleeves up’ in our small game changing company, but will recognise the opportunity to grow within our business. Does this sound like you?

• Lead and implement the marketing and communications strategy for the business and brand, supported by our Managing Director and wider team.   
• Deliver a clear, communication strategy, across a number of channels for our Breathaplasta product range  
• Create compelling, memorable content and copy for a wide range of communication channels 
• Generating case studies, blog posts and other marketing collateral 
• Support MD in communicating our business voice for fundraising activities 
• Manage our digital channels – inspire our current and future customers 
• Manage photo library and key partnerships – stand out through our visual assets 
• Manage mailing lists/CRM Evaluation 
• Represent our brand, values and mission – how do we create a brand voice of the future? 
• Help build events and networking opportunities.
