Before joining Adaptavate, Andy held various senior roles within the construction industry, most recently as Commercial Director at SIG UK, and as Managing Director of IKO PLC. Andy is a prominent character within the industry,working with, and serving on various committees and boards across several construction trade assocciations.

Joining Adaptavate as a Non-Executive Director, Andy’s role is to bring his experience, knowledge, and contacts within the construction industry to assist the Adaptavate team in reaching their goals.

Andy chose Adaptavate since meeting its founder Tom, and learning about the products a couple of years ago, and he really believes in what a significant benefit the Adaptavate products can have on the important sustainability challenges facing the construction world, and the way in which they can help solve them.

Outside of office hours, Andy is just as busy, as he is a Trustee of Berkshire Scouting, and heavily involved in the Worshipful Company of Builder’s Merchants (one of the 110 Livery companies in the City of London). He loves socialising with friends and along with his wife and 2 grown up children, and is a season ticket holder at Reading FC.
