Jino studied his Masters in Product development and Materials Engineering. Upon graduating, Jino spent a few years working as an Logistics Engineer at Ikea in Copenhagen. Following this, he became an Electrical safety Engineer. 

On a day-to-day basis, you can find Jino working with the Technical & research team, helping develop the production line for Breathaboard, as well as helping with general maintenance in the lab. Additionally, he works closely with the Breathaplasta team, assisting with deliveries and arranging goods in and goods out. 

Jino joined Adaptavate due to a shared interest in carbon-neutral construction materials, believing that the materials of tomorrow should be net-zero carbon, for the wellbeing of our planet and for future generations.

Outside of work, you can find Jino playing cricket, as well as riding his motorbike.
