Who are we?
Adaptavate is a business of the future, a dynamic team of engineers, thinkers, parents, walkers, traders, dreamers, climbers, scientists, gardeners, friends, family and visionaries. People who think differently to make a big impact through our work… together.
We are answering the urgent call to decarbonise construction globally, by developing the low-carbon and carbon-negative technologies and products needed, and the industrial ecosystem to deploy them fast, anywhere in the world. We firmly believe that our work is pivotal to achieve net zero by 2050.
To succeed in our mission, we are looking for a Process Engineer who will shape our most impactful technology to date, our carbon-storing plasterboard. This position will be a core part of our Engineering team, responsible for developing our engineering platforms and report to the Chief Operations Officer.
At Adaptavate, you’ll have the opportunity to use your technical expertise to solve real-world challenges and help develop the next generation of low-carbon building materials. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools, including machine learning, to analyse data, model process conditions, costs and performance, and turn your findings into practical improvements. You’ll have the freedom to develop new relationships, test procedures, investigate unexpected results and ask the questions that move our understanding forward.
Working alongside a technically ambitious team, you’ll take ownership of development projects, collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners, and see your work contribute directly to the development and commercialisation of innovative products.
If you’re curious by nature, thrive on solving complex technical challenges and want to see your expertise translate into tangible environmental impact, we’d love to hear from you.
