Summary

Swinton Estate stepped in to support Nearly New Cashmere Co, facilitating the transformation an old estate buildings into a modern, sustainably built commercial space to accommodate the brand's growth. Breathaplasta Universal was used on Wood fibre board for this solid wall property. Its’ challenge was the included Wall insulation whilst maintaining a natural feel to the environment. 

This renovation not only preserved the historic structure but also enhanced its environmental performance. The building now features natural lime plaster walls, highly insulated with natural fibers, infrared heating, ample natural lighting, and triple-glazed windows, aligning perfectly with Swinton Estate's commitment to sustainability.
