Matt is our Head of Operations, playing a key role in our growth and acceleration plan to commercialise and scale industrial processes to make carbon-negative construction products. He is a results-driven manufacturing professional who is establishing and refining operational excellence principles throughout the business by introducing a quality assurance management focus for the products and processes. He has an integral role in nourishing team wellbeing and encouraging high performance.
Outside work, one can find Matt on the golf course practising his swing. Matt also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their cat, and anything related to Star Wars.
